EZ-6 Truss Assembly Instructions
To attach EZ6 straight segments together, simply line up the holes and connect through the central hole with a wingnut and screw. Tighten so that the truss piece is lined up and secure.
BRACKETS
Attaching horizontal to vertical sections of EZ6 truss is simple with EZ6 corner brackets. There are no tools required, and it takes seconds.
- First, remove your wingnut from your bracket. You can leave your bolt there or remove it temporarily until you line everything up.
- Second, place your corner bracket along the top side of your vertical truss piece. The corner brackets can only attach at the top or bottom of a truss segment. They cannot attach in the middle. You will see that the bracket will hang on the top small tubing and will cuff the bottom tubing perfectly.
- Finally, line up your horizontal piece with the bracket and slide the bolt through. Depending on the length of the section you might find it easier to have someone hold the section for you while you are connecting the hardware. Tighten the wingnut to secure the connection and you’re done!
