Although I have not received the products I recently purchase, but felt compelled to acknowledge the customer service of one of your team members. Mr. Travis Shelton has been extremely helpful and courteous. Granted this is probably what is expected every day; however, I had some trepidation about spending a couple thousand dollars over the internet as well as not knowing about quality of the product. What Travis did to make a very positive impression on me were the following.

1. He sent a proof and sent an additional email suggesting some changes to the image because when proofed had some pixilation. I was impressed with his meticulous attention to detail to ensure we receive a top quality product. Frankly, he could not have alerted me to the issue, receive the approval, and proceed with the print job. He didn’t, which is probably what you would expect…He delivered.

2. On our end, we found some typos on the final proof. I contacted Travis and he immediately set out to ensure the corrected one was delivered.

3. We were a little worried about the time the delay in getting a final proof to release for production. He tracked down the order, got the proof, and called today to inform me that they product would be delivered before we actually need it.

This is customer service. I hope you share with this team member our gratitude for such a positive experience with sales. It’s up to your production department now to seal the deal as perhaps one of the most attention to detail and quality companies I have had to deal with on the internet. Mr. Shelton did his part very well. If he is an indication of the type of experience one could expect then I will tell everyone about Camelback Displays. ”
