15 Year Warranty
Sutton Bridge protects the
original purchaser of its aluminum furniture products with
a limited fifteen (15) year warranty. This warranty applies to home
(non-commercial or institutional) use only.
FRAME: In the unlikely event
that your aluminum frame fails structurally or if the finish peels
within fifteen (15) years from the original date of purchase, Sutton
Bridge will replace or repair the frame in the original color and style
if available or in a similar color if the original has been
discontinued.
FABRIC: Should your fabric break within three (3) years of the original
purchase date, replacement fabric in the original color, or in a similar
color if the original is discontinued, will be sent directly to you upon
receipt of the broken fabric.
HARDWARE: Sutton Bridge will replace or repair component parts (i.e.
guides, screws, hinges) that fail within one (1) year of the original
purchase date.
Sutton Bridge at its discretion reserves the right to decide whether to
repair, replace or refinish a failed part, and to determine the
transportation means for authorized returns. All service for authorized
returns will be provided at our main manufacturing facility in Annville,
Kentucky. Freight charges will be paid by Sutton Bridge for a period of
five (5) years from the original date of purchase. Original proof of
purchase required.
No return will be accepted
without an original and dated proof of purchase and a Return
Authorization Number (RTA). Obtain an RTA by contacting Camelback Displays, Inc.T.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
Using this furniture in a commercial or institutional setting voids the
warranty. Failure caused by abuse, neglect or from lack of providing
reasonable care. Normal fading of fabric or damage caused by harsh
cleansers, suntan oils, blocks or lotions. Bursting or cracking of
aluminum or wood due to water, snow or freezing temperatures. Acts of
nature such as high winds, storms, extreme temperatures, etc. Freight
damage.
