SINGLE LEVEL CHAIR CADDIES
BASE FRAME
The base frame is of all welded construction. Side rails are 4" x 1",
14 gauge steel, roll-formed compound channels, embossed with ridges
placed 12" on center to prevent chairs from slipping. Side rails are
tied together at each end with 3" x 1", 12 gauge steel angles. Caddies
over 72" long are reinforced at the center with a 14 gauge, steel
channel cross bar welded between the side rails.
HANDLE
Each caddy is furnished with one handle constructed of 1-1/16" diameter,
14 gauge, steel tubing which is formed into an inverted U shape, the top
of which is 38" from the floor and angled back to provide clearance for
the user's hands. The handle fits into sockets that are welded into the
corners at the end of the caddy.
END SUPPORT
Each caddy is furnished with one end support constructed of 1-1/16"
diameter, 14 gauge, steel tubing which is formed into an inverted U
shape, the top of which is 25" from the base of the caddy frame. The end
support fits into sockets that are welded into the corners at the end of
the caddy.
ADJUSTABLE SEPARATOR (optional)
The separator is constructed of 1.05" diameter, 14 gauge, steel tubing
which is formed into an inverted U shape, the top of which is
approximately 24" from the base of the caddy frame. The separator slides
and locks into the side rails of the frame to allow quick adjustment
throughout the length of the caddy.
CASTERS
All casters are 275 pound capacity, 4" diameter x 1", hard rubber
wheels with double ball races and threaded stems.
FINISH
All metal parts are thoroughly cleaned and phosphatized to enhance paint
adhesion. Metal parts are finished with a thermofused epoxy
powdercoating.
WARRANTY
Vertical Stacking Chair Caddies shall be covered by a 1 year warranty.

shape, the top of which is 15" from the top of the caddy frame. The
separator slides and locks into the side rails of the frame to allow
