are made of 100% New Zealand Wool, the finest quality for appearance and
durability.
We
make all sizes and can do most shapes.
 
Custom Rugs are not Printed or Inlaid...They
are woven for highest quality!
Custom Rugs
are tufted (woven) by a machine, yarn dyed color through and through
using 100% New Zealand Wool. The design is woven all in one piece.
There is no seaming whatsoever to create the design. The only seaming
involved would be if the finished rug is larger than a 16'x13' area,
then we would need to seam one rug to another to create a rug larger
than 16'x13'.
Custom Rugs can be
large enough to look like and be carpet.

Process
1. Submit a rug design with colors specified.
Include Pantone (PMS) colors where applicable, or choose from Custom Rug yarn pom colors. Include logo in pdf or high quality jpeg format.
Please Note: PMS colors are not an exact match
2. We will give you a final price
3. We will order 100% New Zealand Wool yarn colors.
4. We will provide a rendering for you.
5. Once rendering is approved, we will provide a
2'x2' rug sample from the rendering in the wool yarn colors ordered.
Upon approval, rug is made and delivered or shipped to you.
